This has been rescheduled for Saturday 21st of April in the national school 9.30am to 3pm. Cardiac Screening is aimed at reducing the incidents of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS) in Ireland and promoting a healthier lifestyle. There are places available. It costs €65 per person. Free with LAYA Healthcare but booking still required. This is tax deductible and anyone with other health insurance may be able to claim a percentage back at the end of the year. Basic Life Support Training Saturday 3rd FebruaryAs part of the club's Health and Wellbeing programme
Bennettsbridge GAA club are hosting a Basic Life Support Training session on
Saturday 3rd of February between 2pm and 6pm in the Community hall. This is an
open invitation to the community. The cost is €50 (payable on booking). This is
a practical interactive session which covers adult & child CPR and airway
obstruction and is accredited by the Irish Heart Foundation. There is only a

Bennettsbridge Junior B win Northern League final against Galmoy with style & comfortBennettsbridge Junior B team had a great win over Galmoy in Freshford securing their first bit of silverware at this level in a couple of years. The first ten minutes of the first half were close enough with the majority of Galmoys scores coming from frees but as the half went on the Bridge boys showed their bit of class with some lovely worked scores and started to pull away. The second half continued with this approach but had to put up with some foul play from the opposition which went unpunished but the scoring power of the lads was punishing the opposition on the score board. Bennettsbridge GAA club field day 24th June 2018The Bennettsbridge annual field day takes place in Bennettsbridge GAA on Sunday 24th June 2018. This is a great community day and hopefully the weather will be good to us like last year. As always there will be plenty of activity in the GAA field for all the ages. Bennettsbridge GAA Field Day 25th June 2017The annual field day was held in the
hurling field on Sunday 25th June.
Unlike last year the weather was much more kind to us and a great crowd
turned up over the course of the day. The
Bennettsbridge under 6 and under 8 camogie and hurling got the day under way,
they hosted teams from Graigue Ballycallan, Graiguenamanagh and
Thomastown. There were plenty of things
to do for all the ages. There was the
ever popular Wheel of fortune and the Bric a Brac stalls that everyone loves
mulling through to see if there are any bargains to be had. This year there was new games at the field
day such as the Coconut game, Hook a Duck ...

of years on Friday 23rd June 2017 in Gowran Park. It was a great success and we were delighted
